About the   local group

Our local group usually meets every other month. Recently we have met informally for coffee and chat, held a skills workshop and visited local places of interest, such as Exeter Cathedral library. We welcome newcomers to the profession and find that every meeting brings together new inquirers, those in training or those who are checking out the benefits of CIEP membership.

The   local group is a good place to meet others doing the same kind of work, open up new avenues of work, learn from others, and share your tips and good practice. Most importantly, if you work alone it’s always good to feel that you are part of something bigger!

Those that come to the group travel from around the county. Generally our meetings are held in Exeter.
