Featured

I am a freelance French– and German–English translator with over 10 years’ experience in medical, pharmaceutical and technical translations. I have worked extensively with many Language Service Providers (LSPs) for some of the leading names in pharmaceuticals and life sciences. I also translate in the areas of international relations (with a particular emphasis on Francophone Africa and the European Union), renewable energy, sustainability and general documentation.

Experience

I have translated, proofread and revised a variety of texts from patient discharge notes, surgical reports and documentation through to sterilisation and validation procedures. This has also involved either extensive editing and proofreading of texts written by non-native English speakers or comparing an English translation against the source text.

I became a Chartered Linguist in 2018 with CIOL. I am also a member of the Institute of Scientific & Technical Communicators (2017), the Institute of Translation & Interpreting (2019), the Association of British Science Writers (2018), and International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (2019).
