About Nik

Project management

I am a very experienced project manager of academic books, including large multi-volume textbooks and encyclopedias. I liaise with authors, editors, designers and editorial freelances to ensure publication on time and to the expected high standard. Pre-production roles include chasing submissions from authors of contributed works, ensuring chapters are delivered on time and to a suitable standard.

I also project manage academic journals and periodicals, commissioning, tracking schedules, monitoring submissions and coordinating expert reviewers to bring together a quality product published on time, every time.

In all cases a sound editorial product is guaranteed.
