About Jane

Copyeditor and proofreader, specialising in academic editing. While my specialty area is Classical literature, I have experience of editing works in a wide range of related Humanities and Social Sciences subjects. As well as copyediting and proofreading for academic publishers, I work for individual clients, to edit texts written by non-native speakers for grammar, style, and formal academic tone, to check references to primary and secondary sources for accuracy and consistency, and to provide general editing and proofreading services.
