Based in Scotland
I have extensive experience of copyediting, proofreading and project managing educational books and resources as well as children's and general non-fiction texts.
I worked in-house at a large educational publisher for almost ten years and understand the publishing process. I have been freelance since 2015.
I pay close attention to the editorial brief and always strive to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. I retain the author's voice in the text and raise author queries in a sensitive manner. I am flexible and can deal with unexpected problems.
