Following my three year publishing diploma, I worked for 12 years in various publishing companies gaining valuable in-house editorial training.  Since going freelance in 1998, I have mainly been editing, copy-editing and proofreading academic titles on business, computing, mathematical, historical, political and social science topics.  I also work on company brochures/annual reports/publicity material.  Up-to-date with training and upskilling.  Full member of the Association of Freelance Editors, Proofreaders and Indexers of Ireland (AFEPI).
