Join us for an interactive session to plan your path and progress with purpose in 2026.

Come together with your fellow CIEP members on 15 January from 2pm GMT for a session that will support you in identifying your goals for the year ahead and turning them into a realistic, motivating CPD plan.

During the session, we’ll explore: 

• how you can use the CIEP Competency Framework to assess your current skills and knowledge and identify any gaps 

• reflective thinking and the questions to ask yourself before you start setting your goals 

• how to make sure your CPD goals for the year are SMART 

• the various ways that you can work towards your goals with the CIEP. 

We'll spend some time thinking about goals and plans individually, as well as splitting into smaller breakout groups to share ideas. Plus, we’ll let you know about how you can use your CIEP membership in 2026 to keep yourself on track.  

You’ll come away from the session with a clearer idea of what you want to achieve this year and some practical steps you can take towards your goals.
