I am a freelance music and text editor specialising in copy-editing, proofreading and project management.

I am able to work on any subject matter relating to the arts and humanities but have a specialism in music with substantial experience working for music publishers both in-house and in a freelance capacity. I have a particularly strong background in music education, having worked with key clients in this area including the main music examination boards. I have experience of editing and managing both print and digital projects involving musical scores and text.

Experience

I have 16 years of editorial and project management experience working for large international music publishers, both in a freelance capactity and in-house. Prior to starting my freelance career in 2016 I worked in the editorial departments of Faber Music Ltd (2011-2016), and Schott Music Ltd (2007-2011).
