About Lois
I’ve worked as a copyeditor and proofreader since 2023, having completed an MA (Hons) and an MSc in Linguistics and English language before then (as well as a brief stint working in arts management!).
I work in-house copyediting and proofreading in the civil service, but am also available for freelance work. I am a Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading.
When I’m not working, I’ll be knitting, quilting, crocheting, or generally making something!
My varied background means that I am an effective copyeditor and proofreader for a range of publication/content types.
