Notes about workshop bookings
Important information
Cancellation:
Workshop payments are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
Timings:
- All Belfast workshops: 10.15am to 5pm
- All York workshops: 10am to 5pm
- All other workshops: 9.30am to 4.30/4.45pm
Travel & accommodation
The CIEP cannot be held responsible for travel or accommodation costs paid before a workshop has been confirmed. We strongly recommend that you do not pay for travel arrangements until you've received emailed confirmation that the workshop is going ahead. You may contact the CIEP office to confirm that a workshop is going ahead.
The confirmation email about the workshop going ahead is not the same as the email that acknowledges your booking.
Handling & VAT
There is no handling charge for debit or credit card bookings.
All course charges include VAT.
