I offer a professional, attentive and diplomatic service. Copy-editing and project managing multi-author products is a speciality, troubleshooting and problem-solving when necessary.
I manage multi-volume reference works, managing teams of copy-editors, proofreaders and indexers, and liaising with typesetters and designers. Project management work covers the academic, professional and educational fields. I am also available for journal management.
I offer development editing of educational titles, guiding authors through the writing process, ensuring that syllabus requirements are met and working to achieve a product that is on spec and on time. I have recently developed components for international primary science series, A level, GCSE, International Baccalaureate, iGCSE and Cambridge International A level courses. Pre-production roles have included chasing submissions from authors of contributed works, ensuring chapters are delivered on time and to a suitable standard.
As a copy-editor I can work on any life science or medical topic, plus the subjects listed above.
In all cases a sound editorial product is guaranteed.
